Reminder Bank Wire Withdrawal Now Available!!!

BANK WIRE WITHDRAWAL

(available only to countries that do not have banking in their countries):

For Bank Wire Withdrawal you will need to first add a bank account to your profile. Please follow these steps:

1. Log into your AlertPay account

2. Click My Profile

3. Click Set Up Bank Account

4. Click the Add Bank Account.

5. Select the country your bank account is located in.

6. Enter all requested information regarding your bank account.

When a client registers his bank wire account we require:

1. The account number

And at least ONE of the following;

1. Swift Code

2. Branch Code

3. Bank Code

If you enter the information wrong, the withdrawal will bounce back. We will be charged the fees, and therefore the fees will be deducted from your account.

When the bank is confirmed, you will be able to withdraw your funds by selecting Withdraw Funds and then selecting Bank Wire and follow the instructions.

AlertPay members must be account verified in order to be eligible for this service.

The minimum withdrawal amount is $40 USD; and the transaction fee is USD $20 (Euro 12/CAD $20/GBP 10). It will take up to 3 days for the transaction to be completed.

Your Bank Transfer is Still Pending! (only for Canada and the United States):

ACH (Automatic Clearing House) is the name of an electronic network for financial transactions in the United States and Canada.

Bank transfers in North America are ACH transactions and cannot be canceled once they are created. This initiates a transfer of funds between AlertPay and your confirmed bank account using Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT). AlertPay deposits the funds directly to your confirmed bank account when you make a withdrawal. For deposits, we transfer the funds from your confirmed bank account to your AlertPay account.

Your Bank Transfer is Still Pending! (does not include Canada and the United States):

Once you have made the payment directly with your bank, AlertPay should receive and credit your deposit to your AlertPay account within 3-5 business days.

If the funds have not left the bank account:

Once you have created the transaction in your AlertPay account, you are required to transfer the payment to the AlertPay account through your bank.

The banking information and the instructions on how to send the funds are given on the last steps of the transaction. For all banking deposits done through banks outside the US and Canada AlertPay does not pull the funds, but rather the funds are transferred to them by the users.

To view the banking information that you are required to send with the funds please log into your AlertPay account,

1. Click My Profile

2. Click View Bank Account,

3. Click on the Deposit Instructions link of the bank account you h added on your account.

You are then required to create a payment with your bank using this information.

IMPORTANT: Keep note of the reference number provided as well, when you are sending the payment you are required to provide the reference number with the transfer. This ensures the correct AlertPay account is credited. (Your deposit reference is 13 digits long and begins with 34)

If the funds have left your bank account:

If your account has not been credited, it may be due to the following reasons

1) You did not enter the Bank Deposit Code along with your transaction

2) Your bank did not submit the bank deposit code along with your transaction (only the transaction code should be included in the space provided for this, do not include any other characters).

You will need to submit a scan of your transaction receipt, or the bank statement to help them locate the transfer from your bank account to the AlertPay bank; this will speed up the process.

If you conducted the transaction online within your bank account you can send a screen shot of the transaction.

The proof MUST contain the following information:

-Your full name as it appears on the bank account

-The name of your bank

-The account number the deposit was made to (the AlertPay account)

-The amount of the transfer

-The date of transfer

Instructions to send your scan and issue to the AlertPay banking department:

To do this log into the email account you use with your AlertPay account, and send the email to banking@alertpay.com. As subject header write GIRO, and include in the email body the transaction number of the pending bank transfer. Don’t forget to attach the scan of the bank wire copy. This is the fastest way to get the issue resolved.

Is your bank wire still pending after 3 business days...

Usually when there is a delay in the transfer of funds from your bank towards your AlertPay account the reason is that a part of the "address" to which the deposit is to be sent is missing. Therefore, the funds are in the AlertPay bank account, but AlertPay does not know into whose account the funds go.

If after 3 business days, if you still have not received the bank wire into your AlertPay account,
you should contact your bank with your receipt for the wire and ask that they trace the wire to verify when it was received by the AlertPay bank. Also, scan and email a copy of the bank wire to our AlertPay banking department so they may confirm the receipt of the deposit and credit your account.

To do this log into the email account you use with your AlertPay account, and send the email to banking@alertpay.com. As subject header write Pending Bank Wire Deposit, and include in the email body the transaction number of the pending bank wire. Don’t forget to attach the scan of the bank wire copy. This is really the fastest way to get the issue resolved.

Funding – Withdrawal Methods:

To add funds or withdraw funds with your AlertPay account your options are fast and easy: bank transfer, bank wire, money order/cashier’s check.


BANK TRANSFERS:

For Bank transfers you will need to first add a bank account to your account. Please follow these steps:

1. Log into your AlertPay account,

2. Click My Profile

3. Click Set Up Bank Account

4. Click the Add Bank Account.

5. Select the Country your bank account is located in.

6. Enter all requested information regarding your bank account.

Once you have added your banking information to your AlertPay account, for confirmation purposes AlertPay sends 2 micro deposits to your bank account.

These deposits will appear within 5 business days from the date you added your bank account. You will receive an email once AlertPay has confirmation the deposits were made. Once you see the micro deposits in your bank account you will then be instructed to return to the site and enter the amounts.

*For any bank accounts in GBP or Euro there is no confirmation micro deposits sent, once added to the AlertPay account, the bank account may be used immediately to add or withdraw funds.

To confirm your bank account please log into your AlertPay account:

1. Click My Profile

2. Click Set Up Bank Account

3. For the status of the bank account you should see a Deposits Sent link. Please click this link to confirm you bank account.

After you have entered you micro deposits and have clicked submit, you may add/ withdraw funds by bank transfer.

AlertPay deposits are completed in 5 business days and withdrawals are completed in 3-5 business days.


BANK WIRE FUNDING:

Your bank wire is sent by your bank to AlertPay. All bank wires must be sent in USD currency.


The fee for bank wire is $20.00 USD and that amount must be added to the amount you are sending.

To send a bank wire, you will need to create a bank wire transaction and print out the summary and provide the details to your bank/financial institution. Simply follow the steps:

1. Login into AlertPay
2. Select Add Funds
3. Click on Bank Wire
4. Enter in transaction details
5. Confirm details
6. Print out summary
7. Transaction created is in pending status.


It can take up to 2 business days to process a bank wire. Note that the transaction will expire if the funds are not received within 7 days.

CHECKS/MONEY ORDERS:

Although this method is still available, we suggest our customers take advantage of the Bank transfer or Bank Wire services, since they are much more secure and you have access to your funds in a shorter period of time.

A certified/cashier’s check is issued by your bank/financial institution, Western Union or MoneyGram and guarantees that you have the available funds. All funds must be in USD currency.

A money order is a payment order for a pre-specified amount of money. Money orders can be issued by a bank, postal outlet or other money services like Western Union or MoneyGram.

Money orders/ cashier’s checks are processed and deposited within 1 business day upon receipt. If you outside of North America please note that we will process your request once we have received the check/money order in the mail.

There can be a delay in depositing your check/money orders if:

1. A certified/cashier’s check or money order transaction was not created.

2. The reference number was not entered on the check/money order

3. One business day has not elapsed

4. AlertPay funding department cannot verify your money order/ cashier’s
check and have put a wait period on the item.

You make it out to AlertPay Inc.

To deposit funds, you will first need to create a transaction before obtaining the check/money order: Simply:

1. Login into AlertPay
2. Select Add Funds
3. Select Certified/Cashier’s Check or Money Order
4. Enter in details
5. Confirm details
6. Print out summary and note reference number
7. Transaction created is in pending status.

You can cancel this transaction if it is in Pending status, simply:

1. Login into AlertPay
2. Click on All Activity link in account overview.
3. Click Details link for transaction to cancel
4. Click Cancel

When you send a check or money order by mail, please allow up to 2 weeks (depending on where you live) for us to receive it. If it has been longer than 2 weeks, please provide us with the serial number of the money order/cashier’s check. We will verify our records for receipt.

If we have not received it, it is possible the money order was lost in the mail. In this case we suggest you contact your issuing agent and have them place a stop payment on the item. At that point you may re-issue a new one.

To perform a withdrawal from an AlertPay account all members have a check withdrawal option. Our check withdrawal method costs $3.00 USD and is sent by regular mail so it will take about 1-2 weeks to reach you. For clearing purposes you will need to verify with your bank to make sure they will accept a check drawn off a US bank account. You may also want to verify with your bank the clearing time for the check.

Our checks are issued by Chase Bank (United States). Check clearing time will depend on the bank your check is deposited to. You may have to contact your bank to verify a specific time.

Get the verification process done with as soon as possible..

To have a smooth Business experience with AlertPay, I suggest you get verified as soon as possible. This will prevent your account from being suspended, especially if you plan on having large amounts of money moving in and out of your account.

You will need to upload photo identification and a proof of address on your account.

Your proof of address must be a document within the last 6 months and can be a utility (electric, water, waste), phone, bank or credit card statement with last name and address matching that of profile.

In addition, the photo identification submitted must either be a driver's license, country ID, State /Provincial ID or Passport. Please ensure at least two or three edges of the document is visible.

Your documents need to be uploaded to your profile online:

  1. To do this you need to log into your profile, then under ALERTPAY ACTIONS press on BECOME AlertPay VERIFIED.
  2. You will need to scan your documents onto your computer, and then at the bottom of the page under DOCUMENT TYPES select the appropriate description of the document (PHOTO ID or PROOF OF ADDRESS) you are uploading then press NEXT.

3. On the second page you will need to specify which type of information is contained in the document, then at the bottom of the page, you will press BROWSE and find your documents on your computer and then press on UPLOAD.

The documents you uploaded will be displayed. It will take up to ten business days before the documents are verified.

How to create a Business Account with AlertPay:

To set-up your account you must first go to www.alertpay.com.

1. Click on SIGN UP.

2. Choose your country in the drop down menu, then under the header BUSINESS, click on CREATE ACCOUNT.

3. Fill in your information under the BUSINESS INFORMATION header. Please specify the type of business you have, as well as the Industry and Category of your business. It’s important to include your Customer Service contact number and email address.

· Make sure to enter your information in English, without leaving any spaces in front of the first word.

· Furthermore, for your telephone number, you must only provide the number without the country code and without spaces.

· For the postal code, please avoid any spaces before or between the characters.

4. Fill in your information under the CONTACT INFORMATION header. Please specify your name and personal contact information.

5. Press NEXT. On the next page, enter your information under the header LOGIN. Please make sure to enter a strong password you will remember.

6. Please create and answer the Security Questions. These will be used in case you need to reset your primary password in the future.

7. Carefully read and agree to the AlertPay Terms & Conditions, then select REGISTER.

8. You will be sent an email to your primary email address to validate your ability to access this email account. When you receive this email, copy the URL address and paste it into another window, and press enter. This will validate your email address once you have confirmed the password which was created upon registration.

9. Once the primary email address is validated, you must create a Transaction PIN that is used as a secondary layer of security whenever you create a transaction.

10. Your account is now ready to use!

NOTE: If a user selects a high-risk industry (eg MLM, Online dating, Mature Audiences, etc.), the fee for receiving funds are 3.90 % + $0.59 USD for receiving funds and 6.40 % + $0.59 USD for receiving funds by credit card.

If a user has multiple sub-accounts that are different industry types, the fees will default to the highest fee for all email addresses.
